What should you include in your first WhatsApp message?
A short message is enough, but a few details let us reply with a clear plan instead of a list of questions:
- Your travel dates — when you arrive and leave, with flight times if you already have them.
- What you are interested in — Thermage FLX, Rejuran, or both. A rough idea is fine.
- Two or three preferred days and times — it makes finding a slot much faster.
- Your name — so we can hold the appointment for you.
- Recent treatments — injections, cosmetic surgery or an eyebrow tattoo in the last few weeks, as this can affect timing.
- Health notes — for example, a cardiac pacemaker or other implanted device, which is a contraindication for Thermage.

Which day of your trip should you book Thermage?
The day you choose matters more than most people expect. Here is how we usually plan it with patients:
Not on your arrival day
After a long flight, skin is often dehydrated and puffy, and jet lag makes the visit less comfortable. Arrive at least the day before your appointment.
Day 2 or day 3 is ideal
You are rested, and there is time for any mild redness to settle before you travel again. If you are adding Rejuran, book as early in your trip as you can — small bumps usually take 3 days to a week to settle.
Keep one day before your flight home

Check our opening hours
We are open 11:00–20:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 11:00–17:00 on weekends and public holidays. We are closed on Wednesdays and during the Seollal (Lunar New Year) and Chuseok holidays — worth checking if your trip falls around these dates, which move each year.

How should you prepare before you fly to Seoul?
A little preparation at home makes your treatment day smoother. These points come from the guide we give every Thermage patient:
- No injection treatments (such as fillers or skin boosters) in the week before Thermage. If you want an injection treatment too, have it after Thermage.
- For one week before, avoid skincare with retinol, benzoyl peroxide, hydroquinone, vitamin A or vitamin C.
- After cosmetic surgery such as eyelid or nose surgery, wait at least one month before Thermage.
- Avoid heavy drinking the night before, and rest and drink plenty of water.

How do you get to the clinic on the day?
The H Faceup Clinic is on the 5th floor of 480 Gangnam-daero, a 1-minute walk from Exit 3 of Sinnonhyeon Station on Subway Line 9. Look for the building with a Mega Coffee on the ground floor and take the elevator to the 5th floor.
From most hotels in Gangnam it is a short taxi ride. From Myeongdong or Hongdae, the subway takes about an hour, so leave a little extra time. If you are driving, valet parking is available at the building for KRW 4,000. Our location page has the map and directions.

What happens after treatment, on your trip and at home?
You can sightsee, shop and eat out the same evening. For the first week, our aftercare guide asks you to:
- Avoid saunas, jjimjilbang and other very hot places
- Avoid alcohol, smoking and intense exercise
- Skip ice packs and cold-water splashing, even if the skin feels warm
- Moisturize about 1.5 times more than usual, and wear sunscreen
Mild redness or swelling can appear and settles within one to two weeks. Results build gradually: most patients feel the full effect after about 2 to 3 months, and the collagen renewal effect lasts about 6 months to 1 year.
